Kidz Concert

Kidz Concert with the Clancy's was great... although they uses more of visuals (DVDs), but somehow you can feel God's presence was strong.
It's been a few years that we last saw them, busy flying around and starting with their new children broadcast called OKtv.
There's one part where Cathie asked the children to lay down resting... some children were literally fallen asleep.. ^_^ Well, not so sure whether are they physically asleep or spiritually... only God knows and they know! Will post up more photos later cos I'm not the camera lady that day... need to get from another source which he's not online now. Shucks!

the dancers... and some were support singing with Cathie... there's a few more kids involve,
guess they went home.
I was physically not feeling well that day... SICK AGAIN!!! I really hate it. I woke up so early just to be in Church by 8:30am cos the powerpoint songs for that Sunday wasn't load up yet (Clancy's had their practice on Friday night). And I didn't receive any email from B cos S told me that he'll asked B to scan in the songs and email them to me. So, ya la.. need to be in Church incase I need to type them in. Thank God WL helped me to copy the songs on the desktop, just needed to change the format. Sigh! Not enough sleep... darn! Body aching, flu, cough and body heaty. If I'm still not well tomorrow, guess I have to take MC.

Healer... U're indeed a Healer!

After the United Live concert, I was so engrossed with the song Healer (to be release in July). Joel mention the composer of the song was Mike.
So I wrote an email to Hillsong United on Wed nite to enquire bout the song and which album is it from and I immediately receive their email on Thurs morning. C replied me telling me who is the composer and which album is it in.
To my surprise, Mike is Mike Guglielmucci! Former Planet Shakers! And I asked further bout him... to confirm whether is he the one from Planet Shakers and was he really diagnosed with cancer.
I got C's reply yesterday, CONFIRM! Mike is indeed Mike Guglielmucci from Planet Shakers and he's been with Hillsong for a year and a half. And God is indeed holding back his life, he's at home resting now.
For those who are reading this post now... please say a short prayer for him. Ask God to heal him, cos God is the only ONE who can HEAL.

Here's the song that Mike wrote thats been holding Mike's life (just the chorus) and I'm holding it in my heart as well cos I have a dear friend who is also diagnose with some disease which is quite complicated and his body is not strong enough to undergo bone marrow surgery. Let's BELIEVE that GOD CAN... HE CAN DO ALL THINGS that WE ASK of HIM.

* I BELIEVE that YOU're my HEALER
I BELIEVE YOU are all I Need
I BELIEVE YOU're my portion
I BELIEVE YOU're more than enough for me
JESUS, YOU're ALL I NEED

United Live video

Got this video from a random blogger. I have asked him for permission to add his video to my post.. thanks KH.

His video is alot better than mine... ^_^

Worries? What worries...

Worries makes you Depressed
Worries makes you Stressed
Worries makes you loose FAITH
and STOPS you from BELIEVING who's the ONE we can Trust...

Lord, help us to lay down our worries on Your feet and start carrying the FAITH in Believing that YOU are a POSSIBLE GOD. Amen!

United Live short video

Finally!!! The video can be uploaded on GodTube. Took almost an hour to complete. I've captured a few more songs but I like this song the most.. hehe.. especially the Bridge... So Enjoy!

I Am Willing

Jeremy Camp - I Am Willing from the Animated cartoon The Ten Commandments. Great song, Great movie.

Hillsong United Live @ KL

Manage to reach GTPJ on time. Before I even talk about the concert, I just want to testify one thing.
After our dinner (we had dinner @ Jaya One), then we went off to look for the church cos we took the wrong turning (which we ended up makan first before looking for the church). As we were driving along the same street as GT (in my head I was thinking where to get carpark at this hour & concert is about to start), then I immediately saw a guy press for his car, but by the time I told Cyn she already passed by it and she can't stop the car or even reversed. So I told her to quickly make a U-turn in front of the building. While she was making that U-turn, I claim for that car park to be ours. Guess what... the car haven't even leave his lot! So we waited for awhile while that guy reversed his car and the best thing is, the carpark isn't far from GT entrance, Praise the Lord! Oh and one more thing is to thank God for giving me the opportunity to go for this concert... and thanks to Cyn for not giving up hope to look for the tickets. ^_^

the concert starts

The Pastor mention that there's about 3000++ people packed in the auditorium. Alot of them were standing right in front. We stand behind cos it's bit stuffy to go in front and I think it'll be all sweaty and you know... smelly. haha. They started on time @ 8pm. We stand throughout the concert. It was awesome... presence of God was strong and youths were crazy, jumping up and down, singing and shouting on top of their lungs. haha. I felt refresh after going for it.

not suppose to snap photos or video shoot during the concert but no one seem to listen... lots of people still snapping away

Joel mentioned a friend of his who is diagnose with cancer 2 and half years ago, written a song bout Faith. The song really touched me alot, especially when I think about JX case, who is still recovering from his sickness at home. Same goes to Joel's friend, Mike, who's suppose to have 6mths to live (which is 2 yrs ago) but he's still alive - resting at home. Guess God is doing some miracles in these lives, not letting them go yet til they finish the race.
When Joel was praying for those people who raised their hands, I prayed for JX too... speaking life into his soul, his body, and his mind. Command the disease to leave his body. I was in tears as I sang along and I just felt God's love so strong.
As I opened my eyes, reading every line of the lyrics, somehow there's a doubt in me. Not doubting the power of God to heal people but the people surrounding me.
A thought came to me (right after the pastor shared a short message and asking for salvation), my mind was asking "How true can these people be in worship? Are they really worshiping or they are just stirring up the atmosphere cos it's "Hillsong = guai lou"?" And thinking that if this concert were in other country (e.g SG), I'm sure there's hundreds of people raised up their hands to accept God. Sad to say, only a handful put up their hands.
I know I'm not suppose to judge or make such comment, for who am I to judge cos God is the only righteous man to do so. All I can say is that whatever seeds that has planted in their life... let it grow on a fine ground and not on rocks.
I took some video shoot of the atmosphere in the concert but sad to say... the loading was very slow and it doesn't seem to work. So will try it in office to load it up, will post it ASAP! Be patience ya!

Disappointments

Felt disappointed when BB said he have to work on June 9th (which is suppose to be a replacement holiday for June 7th - Agong's bday). I was so looking forward to going PG on Friday (June 6th) and I even applied leave, guess I have to cancel it or postponed it to June 20th instead (BB can get his replacement hol on June 23rd).
*sigh* Guess I have to make my own plans now... go for Kungfu Panda maybe.. hehe..

went to MidValley on May 26th with my sis and niece... so happen the panda was there. he look so FAT! the kids were awesome.. they start off with a dance - Hip Hop and then to kungfu.. see the clothes!
and my niece gets to take a picture with mr Pao... the kid on the left looks like he's wearing mask.. haha..the Panda is so cute... nice to hug!!!

Hillsong United... Here I come!

Ah... finally get to go for Hillsong United Live Concert.
My friend Cyn manage to get 2 tickets from her church friends friend. I was actually lost hope cos it was a last minute thing, until I saw a message from this guy on Facebook that he have only 1 ticket with him. I asked him to reserved it for me till Sunday evening (that's when I need to wait from Cyn side to confirm how many tickets her friend have). That guy was so kind, he really reserved it for me till I said I manage to get 2 tickets from another source. God is indeed good huh!
Well, this is another case dy la.. that I want to Thank God for. First was Celine Dion's concert... and now Hillsong Concert. This shows how much God loves His children, that He will give anything when you ask in His Name... He will give you the desires of your heart. But of course, we need to give all the glory back to God and not take it for granted. Amen!

Sungha Jung playing Your Song

Here's another one of my favourite song called.. Your Song. You'll hear this song in Moulin Rouge.. Oh so nice!!!

Sungha Jung

Here's a more familiar tune and I guess everyone start to play this song at the beginning. More Than Words.. another amazing video!

Trace Bundy playing Backstreet Boys

This is where Sungha learn his guitar skills from... Cool isn't it!

Another God given talent...

Sungha plays 'Canon D Inn' arranged by Trace Bundy.
Amazing guitar skills... really impressed! Maybe can get him to play for weddings huh! ^_^

God given talent...

Segen Max is a 2 year old boy, that rocks the drums. This video was taken at his birthday party. Watch and be amazed.

David vs David

fire vs ice
Both of them were pretty good in this final performance. Each of them sang 3 songs (Clive Davis song choice, New Song & Contestant Choice). I love the song they sang in the second round which is the New Song, both choses a different song (unlike the previous Seasons of Idol, both contestant have to sing the same song).

Impressed that Simon gave a very good comment on Archuleta, I knew he loves ballads more than a rocker but still its all depends on the votes by fellow Americans. Ah!!! I just can't wait to watch tonights finale, its killing me now to know the results before watching it. Damn Yahoo! for releasing the results on the main page. DAMN!

Here are some photos of the two David's during their singing. I have no more words to say cos Yahoo! said it all... *sigh* click here to read more.

Round One!
(Clive Davis song choice)

David Cook start the first round
followed by David Archuleta
Round Two!
(New Song)
look at how cool he is... killing people with his style
archie still looking good... love the second song he sang. though the lyrics bit cheezy
Round Three!
(Contestant Choice)
cook being emotional at the end of his song... awesome!
archuleta choses one of his best performance Imagine (John Lennon)Although Archuleta didn't win the American Idol... I'm sure he has won the hearts of many people supporting him and contracts waiting for him behind the stage. Anyway, all the best to both David's in their future in this industry of making more good songs!
This gonna sound funny... but what the heck... WE LOVE YOU!!! ^_^

Movie mania

BB came down to PJ on Sat and he brought durians on this short trip. Durians were yummy! Thank You BB...
For once my mom ate up all the durians that we save up for her. haha. Usually she eat less than 10 seeds, I think there's more than 10 inside the container. BB just know how to buy the future mother-in-laws heart. ^_^
It was just a short trip le... he went back on Monday afternoon. So we made plans to watch movies on Sat & Sun cos we didn't catch any movie on my last trip to PG (although I did reserved IronMan @ Queensbay Mall on early May) but we didn't went for it.
So I treat BB to IronMan @ 1U GSC, and BB treat me to Narnia: Prince Caspian @ Cathay (I manage to reserved these tickets early which I thank God for) It was quite crowded at Cineleisure on Sunday, guess everyone is queing for Narnia that day.For the first time, we went cinema with shorts... imagine how hot the weather is. Movie was good, just that I realise Prince Caspian (Ben Barnes) isn't a good actor, doesn't portray himself as king. And as for King Peter, he's the same old Peter you see on the first series... very 'degil'. Cannot tahan his character... like very soft. I like King Edward (Skandar Keynes), he has that dark feature in this movie... mature looking kid.
Overall... it was an ok movie la. I think I prefer watching IronMan. haha. It's hilarious and amazingly cool.. especially his suit-hot red.

Plans... What plans?!?!

The same thing being asked over and over again... What are my plans???
Why is it so hard to come out with decisions, sitting and jotting them down or even start to do some planning first?
It makes me feel alittle frustrated cos most of it comes out from my side and nothing has been firm up. All I can say is just this much of my planning but I don't seem to see the overall picture.
"HOW leh???" I asked myself again and again. No reply from my inner mind or from God. I'm trying to get myself out of some stuff, and not holding anything on too tight.. but there I seem to put myself with more work and more task seem to be on my job scope.
"How?" I asked myself again. "What should I do and when can I start planning?"
Maybe I'm afraid to make those plannings and those changes! Maybe its in my nature... being a piscean. Try to find reasons. ^_^
Argh! I felt its like driving me crazy at times... giving myself unnecessary pressure. Sigh! Don't care la...

Your Joy is my strength

Last week was a busy week (May 7-9). Since we're working 4 days job (our Mondays are officially off days), and I was on MC on Tues. So that leaves me with 3 days to complete all my work load for the week. Moreover L.A was away for seminar that week and I have to do Puchong bulletin myself which I made all the changes e.g announcements and the duty roster, was just waiting for the article which I thank God that I don't have to search it myself (follow Main Church article).
And I have tons, TONS of DVDs & CDs to duplicate (ISOM & our Armour Bearer Seminar). I thank God that Uncle C helped me to do the inserts for the bulletin on Friday, if not I wouldn't be able to finish everything. And also thank God for His strength that I can finish everything and organised my work properly but I still work till 10:30pm on Friday (duplicating the CDs). Those really took alot of my time, convert the DVDs to Mp3s and burn into Audio CDs, not only that, I need to cut some of the sessions into two parts cos the CDs couldn't fit more than 1 hr & 10mins. Which means 3 of the sessions is more than 1 hr & 20mins. More work la. Still able to sustain cos its God's strength not my own. I hang around till 12am cos some of the youths was still around in church helping out with the balloons for Mother's Day deco and I helped them to stick double sided tape onto those cut-out heart shapes for the childrens & youths to write their messages and paste it onto a wall.
I was physically tired cos of the long hours of working and staring at computers and walking up and down.
Well, I just want to give God all the glory la for giving me the strength to finish off my work. Thank You Lord!!!

I'm So So Happy

Went to 1Utama on Sat (May 10) with Cyn & little Isaac.

Isn't he cute in his new sunshade?
Bring them to see some hamsters which Cyn thought of buying for her son and herself. Well, I told her that hamsters in Penang are so much cheaper. PJ/KL price are rm15 and above wherelse PG price are rm7 for the normal hamsters. So rm15 can buy a pair of hamsters liau.
As we were walking towards old wing, walked pass Jusco supermarket, guess what I saw... TULIPS!I was so excited bout it... and I bought 3 stalks (rm4.99/stalk) and I MMS the pictures to BB. He asked me how much it cost per stalk.. then he asked me to buy 2 more stalks la.. he buy for me. Later we went for late lunch, my sis and her kids meet with us at the makan place. Know what happen, my niece was holding my tulips and I asked her to give me back. One of my tulips bud broke. I was so angry and sad.

My nephew in Isaac's sunshade.
Later after 6pm, I teman Cyn back to her car and also to take my sunshade which I left it there. I walked back to meet my sis and I told her I want to go back to Jusco to buy another stalk of tulip, since BB buying them for me. hehe. As I walk towards the stall, a malay lady saw my tulip bud broke and she asked me where I bought it. I told her from that stall lor and she's so kind, she change it for me. At that moment I felt so blessed and I bought another 3 more stalks, 1 stalk I asked my niece to give it to her mom as Mother's Day.

this is the additional tulips which I bought later.this one blooms like an orchid

Well, I did thought of using tulip as bridal bouquet but I think it'll be expensive lor. Sigh! I wish la.

Sick.. Sick.. Sick..

I've said it all on my title...
I'm SICK, on medical leave today.
Well, I just went to see the doctor la @ Mediviron @ Seapark. No choice cos that's the nearest panel clinic from my company's list. Today's GP look very leng chai leh... didn't manage to check on his name tag. shucks!
I've been having flu for bout 3 weeks but wasn't that bad. My flu got worst when I went to PG on Fri last week, nose block til can't breathe and slight cough. This nose block and coughing comes during sleeping time (maybe due to the air-cond).
But then... last night was worst ever. The weather was so hot when I reach PJ and my room feels like a warming up sauna, PG wasn't this hot. So I turn on the air-cond temporary to cool down the room and hoping to have a good sleep. Nope. Half my nose was block and the other was like partially block, so I was using my mouth to breathe instead. Not only that, I started coughing cos of the flu cos sucking all the mucus into my throat and that causes my throat to itch.
Was trying hard to sleep, and my eyes started to itch too, so I rub my eyes alittle and squeezing some of the Optrex eye lotion. The next morning (which is this morning), both my eyes was swollen (outer part was affected abit), the swollen was at the side of the cornea (like there's a layer of stuff at the side). It makes your eyes itchy and makes you wanna rub it. So this morning both my eyes were like couldn't open til I wash it with water. Guess I don't have to elaborate so much...
Didn't do much stuff at home. Cleaning my hermit crab's aquarium in the morning and I found a bigger aquarium (used to be my fish tank) thought wanna put them in a bigger space but my room no space for it, so I'll hold it till they gets bigger. Want to go buy a few more new shells for them, I'm yet to see them change their new shell (though I've watched it on YouTube but it's not as exciting as seeing your own hermit change shell).
So the whole day were like helping my mom to take care of my nephew awhile, watch dvd (Gabriel) and went online. That's all I did, can't go back to sleep cos its darn hot... sweaty.
I was checking a few stuff on the net, browsing thru my frens blogs and comparing air fare price (air asia, fire flyz & mas). I realise that Air Asia still has the lowest price among the others but compare to distance, Fire Flyz is nearer la. Still thinking on the flight cos need to see my sister whether she's interested or not. She want to bring her 2 kids to sit plane.
Ok. Adios! My eyes are getting sleepy and I'm rubbing my eyes again.. oh no!

My favourite!!!

this is one of my favourite food... "kai keok" (chicken feet). I had it on Saturday night with my BB cos he knows I love it. So we ordered wan tan mee, kai keok & fried oyster. All my favourite but I didn't take picture of the wan tan mee and fried oyster la.. cos its quite common. The sauce for this kai keok is just superb, shouldn't miss this.below is the picture with flash... too dark dy... cannot really see the kai keok. haha..

Thoughts are many...

I've been wanting to pen down a few things on a notebook but words seem to stuck somewhere, can't seem to get them out.
When I was in the bus (was on my way to PG), I brought along my notebook and thought I could either continue my HK series (which left 3 episodes) or I could you know type something out of me cos there's alot of things that I feel like pouring it out. Everyone in the bus is sound asleep and some were even snoring. I don't dare to open my notebook cos it's quite glaring to the people behind me (see how courtesy I am). ^_^
So I decided to listen to my mp3, uploaded a few song and a story on The Quest by Rick Joyner. Its a very old book about him going to Heaven & Hell. I've downloaded it long time ago but never had the time to really listen to it. So I thought I could kill some time listening to it (its bout 4+hrs of story telling).
Its quite interesting to listen to it rather than reading the book cos I think I'll be sleeping after 1 chapter. But well, I did fall asleep in between the story, so its like catching abit of here and there.
Every word that the person read, I'm there trying to imagine how its like to be where he is. Seeing all those demons and angels at war, Christians who are stumble and fall and being fed by the demons which we thought that God is feeding us with His Word. It makes me feel so gross when Rick said he saw Christians are feeding on the vomits of the vultures. All the deceptions and hatred and the pride that Christians often feel when they were high up.
And the story remindered me that we should always put on the cloaked of humility. He talks about eagles, angels and different mountains and even hidden rooms around the mountain side. It takes humbleness to see these rooms so that it'll take you to another level.
An eagle brought him to a room, small tiny entrance. He went in, and he was amazed by the different stones. He was captivated by the blue and green stones, he was refresh by the glory of God. As he was talking bout how wonderful the room is, I was thinking to myself "How I wish I could be there to see it for myself.. and talking to the eagles" And I thought of asking God, I hope to see His glory and His throne. I know what you thinking... its way TOO BIG to ask God for that... haha... how daring!
Well, I didn't finish listening to the story cos my mp3 battery dead. So sad. Will try to finish it by this week. Well, what I've type its not the whole story, its just abit of summary here and there.
Adios amigo... signin off from PG.

I'm a WRITER?!?!

Date: Apr 29, 08

This happen during staff prayer meeting on Tues morning. We have a visiting speaker and this guy was brought by Pr Jeffrey. He shared his testimony on Asian Beacon (march issue) bout his resurrection.
So I was excited to hear bout him and to really listen how and why God took him to heaven. He shorten his testimony during the Staff Prayer and added a few keys points and what God wants him to tell us.
For his full testimony I need to read back from the Asian Beacon... can't remember what he said. ^_^ Will do a short summary on his testimony later.
After his testimony, we prayed and he suddenly called me. He asked "Can I pray for you?" And he even asked pastor for permission. Well, he not only pray, he prophesy on me too. First part of my prophecy wasn't recorded. All I remember was, asked me to start jotting things down, compile all of it and I might release those books for the younger generation. Those books will be an encouragement to them. So I'm thinking to myself at that time... not to doubt the prophecy but having that weird feeling. How am I suppose to do that and I doubt my "england" ^_^ (feeling small).
Then the second part he said that I should start reading the Bible and I'll be reading it in a different way. As if I'm wearing a special glasses to read them. That's all I heard and remembered. I'm still in awe... thinking bout the title of this blog.. Am I gonna be a writer?!?!
Seriously... no idea.

Celine Dion Live in KL

I was so blessed with 2 tickets to go watch Celine Dion Live in KL, although the tickets is not what I have in mind... (was praying hard that I could win 2 x rm1k tickets from Astro) but well, I'm still thankful for it and feel contented. And as long as the person I'm watching with is my BB. ^_^
Concert was AWESOME!First, I was blessed with 2 tickets cos I didn't want to spend additional money due to my holiday trip to Phuket - use alot dy.
Second, I just want to thank God that she changes her concert date from Apr 8 to Apr 13 cos if falls on Apr 8, my BB couldn't make it. He travelled down after his work. So Sunday night is a good timing, he can spend another day in PJ before heading back to PG.
Third, I want to thank God that He stop the rain just in time for us. It was pouring heavily on Sunday bout 3pm, I wasn't worried that time-thinking that the rain will stop but we still prepare rain coat.. just incase. ^_^ The night of the concert wasn't hot due to the rain and it cools down the temperature. Even the seat that we were seating was dry and we had good seats (we reach there bout 7:30pm), AMAZING right. God is indeed great! Praise God!
Concert starts bout 8:45pm, lots of people complain, well who doesn't! While waiting, a few guai mui (foreign gals) taught the crowds to do the mexican waves. First few attempts was bit cacated cos it doesn't flows to the end. But after a while, the mexican waves starts from the beginning and flows right till the end... it was fun and it stirs the crowds abit (sort of like ice breaker). Imagine, only one person did a difference in that concert and the whole crowd follows. It made me wonder how Jesus like when He was doing all those miracle and so on.

Before the concert starts (bout 8:30pm), a malay lady announces the arrival of our king & queen... well, everyone thought she was announcing of Celine Dion but nope. So the people were booing. I feel bit upset cos Msian doesn't pay respect to our king & queen (although some say how much bad things he has done), I felt its not us to judge him, its God who is able to do so. After the booing, I saw the foreign gal asked some malay gals behind her, why people booing, what did the lady announce just now. I was looking at the malay gal, I feel disgrace and if its me, I wouldn't know how to answer the foreigner. This is just the first part of it...

When Celine came out and presented the first song, she thank the people that were at the concert and apologizing to her fans for the incovenience cause for the postponed. Then she gave a short speech, she felt so honour to have the king & queen in the midst and thanking God for such a clear & cool evening. And you know what, just after she mention the king & queen, the peopl around my side were booing them. Another disgrace and disrespect to the Msians.

The concert went well... but it seems so short. The funny thing is, some people were complaining after the concert. Saying they went to other artist (HKies) concert are better than guai lou's concert. Start so late and so on. Come on la... what you expect... all Celine Dion's songs are power pack... imagine yourself singing for 2hrs non-stop and most of the songs are screaming and shouting, using her lungs. How to compare with HKies??? Sometimes I felt that people just doesn't use their brains before they speak it out. Sigh!

Phuket Trip

Just came back from my trip. Spent 4D 3N from Apr 9-12, 08 with BB @ Patong Beach Phuket.
Trip was GREAT! We arrive @ Phuket Airport bout 1pm (thailand time) and we had a free ride to our hotel by JC Tour, we pre-booked our Island Hopping trip & FantaSea trip. Took us bout 45mins-1 hour to reach our hotel. Imagine how far it is to go to the beach. We stayed in Patong Resort, which is good.
On the day we arrive, we walked around Patong Beach, checking out the mall and the food. Looking for local food (e.g typical thai food, fried stuff and etc) sadly we can't find it. So we went to this back-lane food area. I ordered Fried rice with beef and BB ordered Tom-Yum soup noodle. Not too bad la the food. After makan, we continue our walk. Jungceylong Mall was good... biggest at Patong Beach. ^_^ When we were on our way back from Carrefour @ Jungceylong, a local guy called us and giving us a free pen cos they were promoting their new hotel at Laguna Beach. And he said we can tour around the lagoon for free (90mins tour) without any obligation and even giving us a free voucher (different voucher we can choose e.g lunch/dinner/trip to FantaSea/Spa/golf). Well, we pick a free lunch voucher cos we already bought our tickets to FantaSea by JC Tour.. too bad. And we made the plan for Friday @ 10am.
The next day we went Island Hopping on Apr 10, 08. They came to pick us up bout 8am, reach the jetty bout 9am and we waited for other people to arrive. Took off on the speed boat bout 10am. First we went to Phi Phi Island which took bout 40mins to arrive there and we stop over at Viking Caves. We were lucky that we can go inside to see the caves cos it was high tide, the tour guide said that usually that place was low tide only small boats can enter. The sea was so beautiful and clear, makes you feel like jumping into the sea for snorkeling. Sadly we didn't cos it was not in the package. Then we passed by Loh Sama Bay and Pileh Cove, while we set off to our next destination.
Next off, we stopped at Maya Bay. The place is JUST AWESOME. We spent bout 40mins at that lovely beach. I love the sand and the sea. So clear and the sand is just so smooth. We saw one angmo took naked photo there (posing on the sand).. haha.. and some were sun bathing naked. Well, nothing much to say cos they are foreigners. Right after that we went for a 30mins snorkeling just outside Maya Bay.. water wasn't clear and its really deep, can't see much of corals just fishes. Later we stop at a place for buffet lunch, we have to walked bit further to that place for lunch. Beautiful scenery, facing mountains and seas. And I met a lady whose daughter gonna have a wedding at that place. How romantic huh! Really beautiful.
Our last stop was Khai Island, took another 40mins to reach. We spent bout an hour and half at that last island. You can go snorkeling, swim around, go sun bathing and even enjoy a cup of cocktail or beer at the bar. You need to pay la of course.. haha.. That place not too bad la.. but compare to the other beach that we went... I still love Maya Bay (the tour guide said it was called monkey island cos there's monkeys around).
After our last island, we set back to Phuket Island which took bout 15mins. I think they bring us to the furthest island and come back on the way. We reach back to the jetty bout 4.30pm and head straight back to our hotel which takes another 45mins. We feel so sticky cos of the sea water (salt water.. haha), the first thing we had in mind was to jump into the pool once we reach our hotel. I just love swimming, the pool was so nice and warm and the jacuzzi... I missed it so much.
On Friday (Apr 11, 08), we went for our breakfast at bout 9:20am cos we waited for the guy to call and confirm our trip to Laguna (the guy we met @ Carrefour). He didn't call us so we went for our breakfast, and we sort of waited for them to pick us up @ the lobby at 10am (we were on time). Guess what! They didn't turn up!!! We were bit pissed and we waited for 30mins and still no one turn up to pick us. So, we change our plan and decided to go to Phuket Town taking the mini bus. We waited by the side walk, no mini bus... so a tut-tut guy asked us where we want to go and we said to Town. So he offered us 350baht to Town and he'll drop us at Cashew Nut Factory to buy some Cashew Nuts before heading to Town. So as we hop on to the tut-tut, there comes the mini bus. Shish! missed it! If not we would have saved some money to buy other stuff than spending on that tut-tut. Town area was bit boring cos nothing much to see. We went hunting for Cashew Nuts and some peanuts around that area. But its hard to find lor... We walked around then a taxi man offer some helped and he'll bring us around Town to visit. Well, we hoped onto his taxi and that cost us 500baht.. he bring us to everywhere we want and he said if we helped him, he'll helped us.. like dropping us to those tourist area to get some stamp so he can earn some money. He brought us to this Gems shop which we thought we'll walked one round and off we go but then.. haha.. we bought some souvenirs. After that the taxi man fetch us back to the first mall that we saw the peanuts, and he fetch us back to our hotel. We went for a swim again after we reach back. And get ourselves ready for our FantaSea trip. FantaSea was cool. Love that place but its not enough time for us to walked around cos when we reach there, we head to the buffet palace. Not enough time cos we have only 30mins to walk around to take pictures and looked at some stuff. We were bit late for our show which starts @ 9pm. The show was fantastic.. too bad we cannot capture some video of it cos they don't allow video recording and photo taking, they want you to buy from them. So we smuggle in our camera but still didn't take any. I manage to buy a tshirt and a toy elephant for myself and a tshirt for my niece. That's all I bought for myself la.. oh.. and a bag and shorts while we were walking along the streets at Patong which I didn't write it down. We were rushing cos the guy who suppose to fetch us back asked us to meet at entrance bout 10:40pm and we were like 5mins late but then again, we waited for like another 10mins for 2 elderly couples that came out late. Sigh! If we went to the Laguna Beach in the morning we wouldn't have waste money for our transport and lunch. Anyway, BB get to buy a new bag and his peanuts and cashew nuts.. is a good thing also la. Phuket stuff is so much expensive, I think I rather spend @ Hatyai.
Saturday Apr 12,08. Our last day @ Phuket. We woke up early for breakfast and we went out to Patong Beach to snap some photos. Well, after visiting Phi Phi Island, we thought that Patong Beach is just like Penang Beach... nothing fantastic bout it. We walked around but nothing much during daytime, so we head back to hotel to rest till we checked out.
Hired a taxi to Phuket Airport that cost us 550baht. All we left was 220baht, just enough for a Burger King meal at Airport. We shared our meal le... we used up all our money which we thought we could save some on our 3rd day. haha.
That's the end of the story of our trip to Phuket. We spent the rest of the hour at the airport, resting cos we were there so early. Will post up some photos shortly and bit of captions, won't elaborate more on it cos I've said it all. ^_^

Easter Sunday

This video was taken during Easter Sunday (Mar 23, 08), Pastor was interviewing 2 new Christians. I posted one up cos I find her testimony very down to earth.

God is Awesome!

I'm so happy that I get to go watch Celine Dion concert.. yay! Some one blessed me with 2 concert tickets, although its not the rm1k ticket that I'm hoping to win from Astro.. but it's still good enough, feel contented.
Actually, a friend of mine wanted to buy me the tickets but then so happen the girl's bf still keen to watch (due to the change of dates, people can't make it) so, too bad lor. That was the first part of the story, thinking that I can't go.
After awhile, another friend of mine drop into my mind (earlier she asked me whether I want the concert tickets cos her friend can't make it too) but I told her i don't want cos am waiting for the free tickets. Then I quickly sms her to check out on the 2 tickets, whether her friend sold the tickets or not. Thank God, she replied me saying her friend still having the tickets, can't seem to sell it away.
So I told my friend (the person who wanted to bless me) that I found 2 tickets and to confirm whether to take it or not.. well, everything seem to confirm on the same day which I'm so HAPPY now... YAY!!!
Celine Dion... I'm coming.. HAHA...
Thank You Lord!!!

Asleep in the Light

Here's another video that my pastor did as part of his sermon illustration. Song lyrics and artist is by Keith Green. Lyrics very down to earth and makes you feel bad. ^_^

God gifted talent

aiseh... accidentally deleted this video.. here's the same video of the little korean girl who's born blind and she's only 5yrs old. she's able to listen and play the song at the age of 3yrs old. amazing God gifted talent. God is really fair... giving them the ability to shine forth His glory.

Being stir to write

Ever since my friend started blogging and me reading through their blogs... it stirs me to write something here. Sheesh! Tempted! *giggles*
Well, last nite I joined the prayer meeting in my church cos I'm on Visual duty (confession time: I only go when I'm on duty.. oops!) and to sacrifice my American Idol on Channel 711, although I can still watch the 11:30pm repeat but it'll be late when it ends (not that I sleep early.. duh!)

So I stayed back in church and went IT shopping with my colleague just after working hours.

Prayer Meeting starts @ 8:30pm, the meeting was alright until Pr R asked Uncle F to talk bout his son's health. To rewind abit, his son was suffering with some sickness.. don't know what it called. Somehow there's virus or bacteria floating in his blood, so he needs lots of antibiotic to kill off those bacteria (not every antibiotic suits that bacteria). So it causes his left arm and legs to be weak and numb. He was actually discharged last week and resting at home but somehow another bacteria got into his blood and need to admit into hospital again and having high fever. And yesterday he was discharged, now at home resting, Praise God!

So as pastors and church member lay hands on Uncle F to pray for his family and his son... I was sitting at the computer table stretching my hands and pray. I felt a sense of love and my tears started flowing down. Tears of compassion (that's what I felt), as I asked God to strengthens the family and giving them peace and joy in the house. Wherelse the pastors and members are cursing the demonic spirits that in Uncle F's son and casting out the fever and bacteria's. I don't usually feel this way when praying but yesterday was exceptional.

Need to continue to believe that God's healing power is in our hands. Jesus has given us the authority to cast out demons and lay hands on the sick... so we need to believe that too. Peter is the only person (after Jesus' death), to heal few thousands of people (blind, deaf & disables) although he's the first to denied Christ 3 times but in the end he repented and do the work of Christ.

Continue to believe that God is at work when we believe that HE CAN heal. Amen!

Confused!!!

Well, don't get me wrong.. I'm not confused. *giggles* Its just that I bumped into a confused person and she's filled with lots of worries, distractions, thoughts of people cursing her and etc... She claimed herself as a psychiatrist doctor and frankly speaking, she knows every medication when you tell her about your sickness. She can prescribe you to certain medicine for you and you can buy it from the pharmacy. Well, from what I mention she doesn't looks like a troubled person right... but NOPE.. from her look you can see that there's something wrong with the person and her mind is not thinking right. Whatever you advise or counsel her, she don't seem to take it and she'll wonder off from the topic or the question that you asked her. She'll then answer you in a different way and gives you different answer. Usually I don't attend to this type of people cos you know that they are troubled and you can sense in your spirit that there's something wrong with their spiritual life. Just some advise, if you happen to meet people like that, don't curse them cos it'll add even more pressure and demons in them. *haha* It'll take forever to deliver all those demons out of her body. Like one of my cleaner lady said (this doctor usually look for her for chats), whenever she talk to her, the cleaner lady will (in her heart) break off whatever spirit that's inside the doctor, so that the spirit will not affect her. But then, while the cleaner lady was asking God to break that spirit, the doctor will eventually move away from her, not wanting to talk more bout her situation cos the devils smells fear and they will try whatever way to leave. Whatever it is, we need the discernment spirit to guide us in our daily life so that whenever we meet people, we're able to say the right words.

Time goes by...

Just drop by to check my blogspot account.. there I realise that I haven't been updating it almost a year now (after March will be a year).
I've so called moved to Multiply.com instead cos I found out that its much more convenient for me. I can upload photos/songs and update my blog at the same time without any html codings and so on.
Why I am here bcos one of my friend just started her own blog, which I was trying to convince her to use multiply instead of this web. But well, too bad, she already in the midst of creating hers.

Recently I find that I hradly even write what in my mind now or even pouring out my feelings in any of the blogs. Some sort of lazy to spend hours typing and how many people will come across your blog to view what you wrote unless your blog is one of the place where people are interested in those juicy gossip bout the WORLD!

Frankly speaking, I'm addicted to this web called Facebook. There's so many things that you can do in there like sending flowers or animals to your friends, poking ppl, sending interesting pictures and sharing stuff. That's the only web that I'm currently attach to... even my multiply blog has been stop for ages now (erm.. not as long as this blog la..) ^_^

Its nice to come back to check out my friends blog once in awhile.. so far I only had 2 friends thats been faithfully updating their blogs. hehe. Which I'm very impressed cos with all the photos and all.. makes it more interesting.

Ok la.. guess I have to stop here.. don't want to spend too much time in here. Adios!

Long break...

wow! it's been months since i last updated my blog here. well, not that i don't have anything to write, just being lazy la. guess i don't have the habit to write blogs or journals. i have alot of scrap books & 'dear diary' where i kept all my personal stuff in.. guess its all in cob-web now. hmm.. wonder whether i remember where i kept them or not..
anyway, recently (2 days ago), i bought a book at MPH bookstore @ 1U. i hardly read books or even purchase them.. but i find this book quite interesting. the book title called Encounters with God (similar to a book that my church just release last year 06). its a short story bout real life people & these people are all ladies & they're now big time speaker for different organization, churches & even author of their own books, touching lives & speaking bout God's love. i love books like these.. short & easy to recognise the content of the story & spending that intimate moment with God.
on my next blog.. i'll probably share some stories that touch my heart, so that it may touch your hearts too. so, stay tune.. will update a story in a day.. hugs!

Indonesian Workers in Malaysia Attack Dog Calling Him "Haram" (Forbidden by Islam)

Pictures & article is taken from this blog: RSC (Remembering Sheena Campaign)

It's really sad to see such cases in Malaysia. Although those dogs are stray but should we go torture them and kill them??? Sometimes I felt that we humans don't use our brains that much... How could they kill a harmless animal and on the other hand call them as "MAN BEST FRIEND"? Is eating them consider "Man Best Friend" or killing them & torturing them? This is cruelty lor... My heart aches after looking at the pictures & reading the article. It's like you can't do anything to keep them safe... cos you can't really do anything to stop it. The stray dogs are just too many. We're outnumbered.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Furry Friends Farm and The Remembering Sheena Campaign held a Press Conference on December 14, 2006 to highlight the plight of Joy, a stray dog that had been so cruelly beaten by Indonesian workers that his lower jaw was crushed.

At about 9am on Dec 2, 2006, Sabrina Yeap, managing partner of the Furry Friends Farm (FFF), rescued a dog at the Ki-Park Sri Utara construction site belonging to developer, Kepong Industrial Park Sdn Bhd (KIP Group). The site is situated about 10km from the Batu Caves roundabout, heading towards Sungei Buloh and Kepong.

The lower jaw of the dog was dangling and his tongue was hanging out. Two eye-witnesses who pleaded with Sabrina to help the dog, said they had seen him being beaten by Indonesian foreign workers who kept calling the dog “haram” as he was attacked.

Sabrina took the dog, which she later named Joy, to the veterinary clinic. Joy’s lower jaw was so badly injured it had to be surgically removed, but the tongue was saved despite having lacerations and blood clots.
As representative of RSC, I spoke to Mr Kok Pick Tong, one of the four managing directors of KIP Group which employs the workers that ill-treated Joy.

I requested permission for Dr Habeeb Rahman Ibramsa, who lectures in Quran and Sunnah Studies at the International Islamic University in Gombak, Selangor, to give a talk to all their foreign workers on Islam’s clear stand of compassion towards animals, including dogs. Mr Kok refused to co-operate.

On December 4, 2006, RSC sent an official letter to Mr Kok making this request along with the request by FFF for the KIP Group to bear all of Joy’s medical expenses and maintenance at the FFF, an animal shelter which has decided to adopt Joy. Mr. Kok has ignored all letters and telephone calls from RSC.

On December 6, 2006, RSC wrote to Dr. Subramaniam, Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting, the Minister of Housing and Local Government, Tan Seri Datuk Seri Panglima Bernard Dompok, Minister in charge of the Public Complaints Bureau, and Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

The letters were sent out to these parties appealing to the government to be more pro-active in the area of animal welfare in Malaysia.

There has been much public outcry over the banning of a select number of dogs in Shah Alam, the mass “murder” of Mr Eng Her Sun’s dogs by the Seremban Municipal Council’s death squad ( http://www.thepetitionsite.com/takeaction/947146655 ), the cruel culling of birds by the Department of Veterinary Services during the bird flu scare, the increase in pet dumping and abuse of stray animals and pets.

RSC invited lecturer in Quran and Sunnah Studies at the International Islamic University in Gombak to give a talk to the Indonesian workers but the developer did not allow it.

Hence, RSC and FFF are calling for the Government to support their education programmes that are aimed at ending this needless violence towards animals. Next year is Visit Malaysia Year 2007, and already tourists are squirming at Malaysia’s ill-treatment and cruelty to animals – from wildlife to domestic pets.

“We are not asking the government to find and punish the people who did this to Joy, although the laws of Malaysia provide for this. We are calling on the Government to support our public education projects by persuading the developer, KIP Group, to allow us to educate their workers,” said Sabrina Yeap.

“I wish to end this ignorance that the Quran supports violence against animals, and am willing to give lectures, presentations and screen videos that support what I am saying. I hope the public, Government officials, foreign workers and others who need to hear this truth will attend,” said Dr. Habeeb Rahman Ibramsa, Lecturer in Quran and Sunnah Studies at the International Islamic University, Gombak, Selangor.

Today Joy has to carry on living without his lower jaw and teeth. He can only eat soft food for the rest of his life. RSC was invited to a meeting called "Dasar Kawalan Anjing" (Guidelines to Control Dogs) in February this year, along with 30 other NGOs by Dr. Subramaniam Parliamentary Secretary at the Ministry of Housing and Local Government.

To-date nothing has been done by the government and we are wondering what the meeting was for. They should instead have held a meeting called "Dasar Kawalan Manusia" (Guidelines to Control Humans)

** Here's another blog on Joy bout his condition now. Do view the blog.. RSC - Joy

Toilet signs. read it!

Took this picture in one of the ladies toilet @ one of the shopping mall. I find it funny and quite good cos usually people will read cartoons. Well, if other people doesn't, I will cos I love cartoons. Really interesting to have signboard like this in the toilets. Darn cool!
