Idol... Fraud?!?!

American Idol Season 8 Finale was awesome!!! Lots of cool artiste's and new stuff happened that night. Giving the Golden Idol Award to the most "Outstanding Male" to Nick Mitchell aka Norman Gentle and as for "Outstanding Female" went to Tatiana Nicole Del Toro. The shocking one was when the "bikini girl" turns up in her own bikini and she even kissed Ryan on the lips "Urgh..!" and one more thing is that Kara DioGuardi came out and gave a surprised to everyone with her own bikini too (for charity purpose). Lots of performance from different artistes... all great singers! Especially Fergie & Jason Mraz... (love it!!!). You can view all the photos in this website American Idol Finale photos. The most shocking was that Kris Allen won this years AI! Nobody could guess that its Kris cos it was such a clear cut that Adam Lambert was so much better (in performance wise & vocals). Compare to the song that Kara DioGuardi wrote for the Idol single "No Boundaries", Adam indeed sang better than Kris cos Adam could scream and reach the notes to that song, where else Kris couldn't reach that high (its like killing himself with the scream).

OK. My post here is not that I'm "a" Adam Lambert fan, I'm all in for Kris Allen cos he's the good guy. Worship leader in his church and more over a Christian. Actually I'm hoping that Danny Gokey will be the one in the finale but *sigh* some people doesn't want him to win due to some controversy, no more Taylor Hicks the second.
I just read something over the net bout Kris' votes is a fraud... There's this thing called "power-text" that it cast 10 votes at the touch of a button (read more from this link). It's really sad that if this is real, I feel sad for Kris. But on my perception on why Kris has more votes, its not because of that "power-text" thing... more of like Danny Gokey's supporters votes has gone to Kris' rather than Adam.
Well, even if Adam won, I won't buy his album. Don't like his styles (gothic style) although some of his performance really makes me fall in love with him (in Top 10 - he sang Mad World) and some of his clean face which I admired most.
Anyway, I will support both Kris Allen & Danny Gokey... Can't wait to hear from the both of them.
Lord I pray that both Kris & Danny would not sway over to the world but to be humble not pride and to bless others with their music and the song that You have bless them with. Continue to use them in different ways to show that God can do many miracles for the ones who believe and accept Him, to also have faith in God. God is a God of Possibilities. Let their songs bring hope, joy, peace into people who feel depressed, sad, confuse... let the lyrics filled with love from God above. pray all these in Jesus' most precious Name, Amen!

FUN...

I went with my sister to her friend's place for a make-over session cum photoshoot. It was fun. Haven't been to a make-over before. She's new to this line (make-up & hairdo), so she need some "guinea pig" *haha* to try out on. Well, we're not the first ones to try out... ^_^
Took some photos before and after make-up. Will post some pictures ones I get the photos from her. It's quite weird to put on fake eye lashes... weird!!! And it's quite uncomfortable too, sticky.

Sicko....

I'm so full of emotions right now... not those lurvy dovey emotions but... angry, shocked, and I don't know what to say... just jaw drop!
I went out with my colleague to help him guide a malay lady (with 3 kids-gals, age between 3mths - 3yrs old), to a nearby hotel. "Huh!! What did you say?!?!" Yes.. we took her to a nearby hotel.
The story goes like this, well, I didn't really know the entire story but its enough for me to feel this way.
She's (F) actually one of our ex-security guard's daughter, came over to asked for help. She's from Kuantan, and she's down here to file a rape record over her brother-in-law. Wait... let me finish first... the brother-in-law didn't rape her (F) but her 7 yrs old daughter!!! *jaw drop* O_o I was so crushed when I heard it. I really don't know what to say. She (F) have 5 daughters, the eldest was 7yrs old. They were here for a holiday (it happened a few mths ago). Her (F) brother-in-law doesn't work, he's a lazy b%*&#@ and stays in his father-in-law's house.
So when F's husband know, he was pissed and want to sue F's brother-in-law and on the other hand... F's husband also want to file a divorce with F. I tell you... its really pitiful lor. How can he do this at this very moment... F's 3mths old daughter is so cute and adorable... *sigh* Really heartache and I don't know what to do or how to react. It's so damn sickening to hear such things... DARN!!!!

Worship Camp...

Worship Camp @ Grand Kampar Hotel, Kampar. Lovely hotel but service was abit erm... bad la. I recommend that you should eat out than in hotel. ^_^ Here are some photos to update bout the camp.

Moral of the story... Communication with another team member is important (just like we're serving in Worship Dept.) and working together to build a strong bridge and not trying to tear down one another.==> ministry time on the 2nd day - night.==> 3rd day (morning) - playing an ice breaker.. (a side, a side, a side, a front, a back.. etc)==> finally.... Group picture. Here's the team that participated... although its just small group, God still works through us and His presence is ever strong in our midst. I thank God that I did not miss this incredible camp... Everyone had FUN!!!
